Can I pay via PayPal?

Unfortunately, we do not have a PayPal account presently available.


Should I email a wetransfer link to this email address?

Are you going to receive any photographs/images of the exhibition? / How will the exhibition be documented? 

The exhibition will be documented through high-quality photographs and videos: capturing the overall layout of the exhibition, individual artworks or exhibits, and visitor interactions.


Could you send me the exact location of the gallery? 

The Gallery can be found under SAGE Gallery, Bangkok


Do you have an Opening Party/Vernissage?

Yes we do, we have a confirmation of participation of 50 people ( and the number tends to increase). The organizers will also host events, talks, and workshops by the curator: Mark Kitsawaeng alongside the exhibition to enhance the overall experience and engage the audience more deeply.


Do you have an invitation link? / Are there already flyers etc?

Currently, our team is fully engaged in overseeing the printing production and installation processes.

I'm excited to share that the promotional flyers have already been distributed within the local vicinity, and we've received confirmation of participation from 50 individuals (with the potential for this number to grow).

Regrettably, the online version of the opening event is not yet accessible. This is due to the pending confirmation of participating artists, which has led to a slight delay. Rest assured, all selected artists will receive details about the opening event, scheduled for September 2, 2023.

 Will there be a certificate of participation?

Regrettably, we do not offer a certificate of participation as part of our services. However, we do provide a confirmation email along with an installation image of your artwork for your records.


Images of the gallery and set up plans?

A gallery is split into two unique sections, covering around 2000 sqft altogether.





What happens to the prints after the show?

We're planning to keep the artwork you've shared with us only for promotional purposes. Our aim is to get your work in front of more people, so there's a chance the exhibition might pop up in other places too. If that happens, we'll give you all the details about where and when before your art takes another trip.



For those who got selected more than one photograph 


Do we need to print all of the sected photographs?

It's important to note that printing all the selected pieces is not obligatory.

In case I got more than one photograph selected, do I have to pay mutiple times and send mutiple confirmations, or is there any other way to do this?"

You are not required to make separate payments; instead, you can make a single payment for the entire amount by indicating a quantity of numbers you would like to exhibit.

Once you complete the payment transaction for the production fee, we will receive a direct notification. It's important to note that sending separate confirmations is unnecessary, as this process will serve as the confirmation itself.

Copyright Information:

The artist maintains full copyright ownership of their own images. By submitting photographs for the exhibition, Contemporary of Photography Art (COPA) is granted nonexclusive permission to utilize, print, and reproduce the submitted digital files solely for the purposes of the exhibition. This includes promoting the artist, supporting related programs, and displaying the images on COPA's website, social media platforms, and online exhibition archives. Wherever the photographs are presented, the artist's name and photo title will always be included.
